Eligibility:
  • Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used candles or candles with broken seals cannot be returned.

 

Non-returnable items:
  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Sale items unless faulty.

 

How to return:
  • Contact zelluxury@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.

 

Damaged or faulty items:
  • Report within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund.
